8 Ways To Raise Your Vibration Daily

We all experience highs & lows in life, it’s simply inevitable. However, by elevating your vibration you‘ll feel increased states of creativity, intuition, joy, confidence, certainty, connection, + love. A high vibrational frequency is in alignment w/ health & wellbeing, positive thoughts & emotions. It can increase spiritual awareness too! Here are a few ways you too can “flow higher” & raise your positive vibes:

What To Practice Daily

* Make time for meditation in your life; even if it’s only for a couple mins in silence. be intune w. your inner self, clear your mind, check in w. your body. There’s no right or wrong way. the more you practice, the easier it becomes.

* Get active; exercise gets your energy flowing, keeps you fit, & helps calm your mind. build in daily walks as a part of your routine, or start skipping the elevator & take the stairs instead. stretching, yoga, walking, dancing, swimming, hiking (you’ll need the right hiking tools to keep track of your way), etc. It’ll help kick your vibes up!

* Present moment awareness; when you’re worried about potential future realities, or dwelling on the past, you’re losing out on the energy available to you in the moment. forgive others & release the negative thoughts that keep you at a lower vibrational frequency.

* Reduce the use of drugs/alcohol or for better results, completely stop consuming it; alcohol & almost all artificial drugs vibrate low. besides the actual substances causing toxicity, you may find yourself hanging out w/ folks who vibrate low too.

* Follow more positive people on social media & mute/unfollow the negative nancies (lol); it’s actually true that social media has a huge impact in our mood as the day progresses. when you read uplifting or positive things you instantly feel good. following gossip, drama, negative posts will simply bring your frequency down.

* Be conscious of the food you eat; really being mindful to how you feel immediately after eating something & how you feel a couple hours after eating something is the best way to practice this. start paying attention.

* Peep the vibrational levels of your friends, family members, & acquaintances; you can raise your own energy levels by hanging out w/ people who vibrate highly. choose to surround yourself w/ people who are empowering, have the same morals as you, & want to see you grow.

•Be aware of your home environment;The home is where important interactions happen with parents, caregivers, friends, siblings, etc. The type of energy established in your home will affect your mental wellbeing. Prayers, paintings, photographs, crystals, mantras, books, plants, the colors on the wall, and even the way your furniture is arranged all create energy. Give yourself the sacred space to increase higher vibes.

    Love these tips! I could definitely relate to being conscious of what you’re consuming. I used to stuff myself with anything I could get a hold of when I was hungry but i’ve learned to get out of that habit.
