My Top 5 Natural Drinks/Smoothies 🌿

In honor of Wellness Wednesday & a highly requested post on Twitter, I wanted to share with you my top five favorite smoothies! This was difficult for me to narrow down to because I’m always switching it up. However, these recipes have helped me start out my mornings in a bright + revitalized mood.

I won’t take much of your time, let’s just get right into it! 😉

Green Power Machine

Lol, that’s just what I like to call it. I’m a huge green drink enthusiast & love trying out new smoothie recipes. So far this has been my fav! What it does is give me a boost of natural energy, regulates my hormones, & I get ALL my nutrious vitamins in one.

Recipe:
1.5-2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Nutrition Vanilla

1.5 cups of Unsweetened (original) Almond

Coconut milk blend

1 medium banana

Handful of organic baby spinach & kale

1 Tablespoon of Maca Powder

1 Teaspoon of chia seeds or flax seeds

Unrefined;raw honey (optional)

ICE & blend!

Very Berry Smoothie

I love this one in particular because of all the antioxidants in it. As you can tell the Herbalife nutrition formula is an essential for each recipe as well. It’s natural + packed with essential nutrients and all the vitamins you need.

Recipe:

1.5-2 scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Nutrition Vanilla

1.5 cups of Unsweetened (original) Almond Coconut milk blend
1/2 cup of Strawberries

1/2 Blackberries

1/2 Blueberries

Small pieces of beets (optional)

1 Tablespoon of Maca Powder

1 Teaspoon of chia seeds or flax seeds
Dash of cinnamon

Unrefined;raw honey (optional)

ICE & blend!

Choco Banana 

This one right here is especially my favorite when I’m craving chocolate. It’s not too sweet but it definitely satisfies my sweet tooth.

Recipe:

1.5-2 scoops of Herbalife Protein Chocolate

1.5 cups of Unsweetened (original) Almond Coconut milk blend

1 large Banana

Dash of cinnamon

ICE & blend!

Strawberry Iced Water 

Not gonna lie, this one isn’t as healthy as the others. But it’s yummy and refreshing to drink every here and there.

Recipe:

1 Can Fat Free Evaporated Milk

3 Cups Chopped Strawberries

Sugar (desired amount)

Blend until smooth & pour over large pitcher, STIR IN WATER ONE CUP AT A TIME.

Serve over ice!

Coconut Milk Tea 

Out of all the tea’s I’ve drank (which are a ton) this ones my favorite for night time or simply to feel relaxed. It’s my go to beverage to soothe my mood. HANDS DOWN!

Recipe:

1 Honey Vanilla Chamomile tea bag

1 Cup of Water

1/2 Unsweetened Coconut milk

1 Teaspoon of Raw Honey

Bring water to boil, add tea bag. Let it sit for 1-3 minutes. Stir in the milk. Add honey to sweeten.
